The practice is designed to meet you where you are. Insight & Mindful Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels (including complete beginners). Yin Yang Yoga is perfect for those wanting a more intermediate level practice (due to the dynamic nature of the Yang section).
I also offer gentle, nourishing pregnancy yoga and mum & baby yoga classes in Totnes for wherever you are on your pre or post-natal journey.
